Friends,
Another round of meeting was held at Rewa attended by undersigned, Kamal Shrivastava Sir,Anil Mishra Sir, Rajnish Gupta and Daya Shankar Pandey…Following was discussed.
1. As already communicated all regional chapters to immediately hold meetings to discuss ways and means of increasing registration of alumni on the web site and identifying sources for raising funds. Efforts may be made to hold these meetings latest by third week of this month.
2. ? Registration Fee for Permanent alumni membership for batches which passed out after 2014 , would be Rs.2500/- rather than Rs.5000/-. For batches who passed out in or before 2014 membership fee would remain Rs. 5000/- only. However this fee is mandatory for every one who wants to become member of alumni association. Those who had paid permanent membership fee earlier would not be required to pay this membership fee again. Efforts are being made to integerate a payment gateway on the web site, however pending payment gateway existing bank account details would be shared soon to facilitate depositing Registration Fee online. Registration as alumni would be valid only on receipt of membership fee.
3. ?Members whose names were identified during meeting at Bhopal for finance committee would be contacted in a day or two ,individually ,by Kamal Sir or undersigned to seek their willingness to work as a member of committee to be constituded for raising funds. This is suggested that individual chapters should also assign this responsibilities to a group of members in their area.
4. ?A draft is under preparation for seeking advertising/sponsorship support including rates of advertising which would be finalised and circulated by end of this week. All individual members should try to get advertising/sponsorship support using their individual influence as well.
5. ?a seperate committee would be constituted which would focus exclusively on getting advertising/sponsorship from industries, corporates, institutions etc at Rewa-Satna and surrounding area.
6. ?based on inputs received from various chapters another physical/virtual meeting would be convined by end of this month wherein one or two representatives each from each chapter would participate to discuss about preparations.
7. ?Names of members of various committees/Sub committees which were constituted last time would be intimated by tommorow seeking willingness of individual members to continue for Diamond Jubilee Celebrations as well. Any member who wishes to volunteer in any committee to work and contribute on regular basis may please intimate here as well as individually to undersigned or Kamal Shrivastava sir.
8. ?Various suggestions are being received for support by individual alumni to college in terms of sharing and imparting knowledge, training ,skill development etc to college students.
